Established in 2007 by the team behind the successful campaign to make Hay on Wye plastic-bag-free, Ecototes are bags made from plastic bags - specifically, from woven plastic rice sacks & feed bags sourced, recycled and remanufactured for us in Vietnam.

Originally devised to bring stylish sustainability to shopping, Ecototes are strong enough to stuff almost anything in, will last for a couple of recessions and come in a wide range of designs and a profusion of colours. Following the success of the original tote bag the Ecototes range now extends to include washbags, pencil cases, book bags, gym bags and large laundry bins.
